Enrollment
Enrollment involves the following steps:
- Call a director at the location you prefer. Make an appointment to visit the center.
- At your visit, you will be given a tour of the whole center, including the classrooms appropriate for your child's age. You will then meet with a director, who will explain our programs and answer any questions. They will also discuss availability of space for your child, costs, parking, etc. You will be given an Interview Kit, which includes our brochures, a brochure on selecting child care, a copy of our newsletter, a family directory so that you may call our clients for referrals, and our wait list and enrollment forms.
- If you wish to enroll your child, you may complete one of the following forms:
- an Enrollment Form if there is a space available for your child.
- a Wait List Form if there are no openings in the center at this time or if it is too early to enroll for a start date you want in the future. There is no charge for the wait list.
- If an Enrollment Form is submitted, it shall include a refundable deposit of one weeks tuition, plus a nonrefundable registration fee of $100.00 (siblings $75.00). You will be given an Enrollment Kit which includes our Parent Handbook and all enrollment forms, to be completed and returned to the center by the child's first day in care.
- If a Wait List Form is submitted, you will be notified when an opening is available.
- Two introductory days are scheduled, of two hours each, to help your child adapt to the new environment before spending a full day. There is no charge for this transition period. A primary caregiver is assigned to each infant and toddler.
- The Director of Administration will send you a follow-up letter confirming your enrollment and your child's transition days, start date, classroom, and teachers.
