Enrollment

Enrollment involves the following steps:

  1. Call a director at the location you prefer. Make an appointment to visit the center.Mararthon 13
  2. At your visit, you will be given a tour of the whole center, including the classrooms appropriate for your child’s age. Our director will explain our programs and answer any questions you may. They will also discuss availability of space for your child, costs, …etc. You will be given an Interview Kit, which includes our brochures, a brochure on selecting child care, a copy of our newsletter, a family directory so that you may call our clients for referrals, and our Wait List form.
  3. If you wish to enroll your child, please let the director know as soon as possible. If there is space available you may complete an Enrollment Form. Please include a refundable deposit of one weeks tuition, plus a nonrefundable registration fee of $100.00 (siblings $75.00). You will be given an Enrollment Kit which includes our Parent Handbook and all enrollment forms, to be completed and returned to the center by the child’s first day in care. We will schedule two introductory days two hours each, to help your child adapt to the new environment before spending a full day. There is no charge for this transition period. The Director of Administration will send you a follow-up letter confirming your enrollment and your child’s transition days, start date, classroom, and teachers.
  4. If we do not have space available we highly recommend getting on our Wait List. Please note there is no charge. You will be notified when an opening is available. Please feel free to contact us at any time to check on the status of your Wait List form.
